Support for Supplier users

Typical problems you may have:

  • I don't have a log-in. How do I register?
    Your client should have a self-registration link on their website. If they don't, this means registration is by invitation only. Please ask you business partner to send you that link.
  • Forgot my password
    There should be a "Forgot your password?" link on the log-in page. Please use it to reset your password.
    If you don't see the link, this means that your client has disabled it for security reasons. In this case you need to ask your business partner to reset your password.
    The first employee of any supplier company who registers on our platform is automatically a power user and can reset your password as well!

    PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER YOUR COMPANY AGAIN! This only leads to double work for everyone involved.
  • I don't receive any notification emails
    Each of our clients has a different mailbox from which the notifications are sent. Please contact your business partner to ask them from which address/domain the notifications are sent and whitelist that address.
  • I can't access the website
    Please make sure that you typed in the address right. The address always starts with https:// and, depending on the client, there may be no "www." at the beginning of the address. If you still have problems, contact us at support@procurence.com
