Introducing Meercat Suite

Meercat is a web-based Supplier Auditing and Supply Chain Risk Management tool.

It provides your company complete transparency of supply chain risks - not only those of direct suppliers, but also those of the underlying tiers. Our solutions implements best practices from business and academia and so provides early warnings to prevent and effectively deal with supply chain disruptions.

Thanks to the built in BusinessWizard, Meercat will automatically suggest which suppliers you need to monitor closely and which risks are likely applicable in your case. It even automatically suggests the audit questions and other information you should gather about your supply chain!

Meercat Suite is composed of two modules, which can be purchased independently or in tandem:

• Meercat Supply Chain Risk Management
  Helps determine risks applicable to each supplier, suggests what information needs to be gathered, automatically scores the risks to enable you to focus on the key issues. RiskReduction module helps formulate and track measures that decrease the likelihood and/or impact identified risks.
• Meercat Supplier Evaluation
  Allows you to create and evaluate multiple surveys to evaluate supplier performance. Supports both hard-facts (e.g. delivery on time, delivery quality & quantity) and soft-facts (quality processes, customer service, innovation, etc.). Supports both audits and supplier self-assessments, as well as supplier development measures.
